What's the Answer?

Which payment button should I use ?

We have 3 payment buttons for each product on our website. We have a GBP or pound button which should only be used for orders to the UK Mainland. Then we have a Euro which should be used by the rest of Europe, and finally there is a Dollar or $ Button for the rest of the world. If you use the incorrect button then your order will be refunded and you will be asked to use the correct butttons.

How long with delivery / shipping take ?

All orders are usually dispatched with in 3 working days of reciept. UK Order usually arrive with in 1 - 5 working days of dispatch, orders for Europe usually arrive with in 3 - 10 working days of dispatch and Worldwide order usually arrive between 5 - 14 working days.

What if I'm out when my items are delivered ?

Postal companies should leave a calling card to let you know that they have tried to deliver an item to your premises. However we do know that this does not always happen. We advise that if you have not recieved your item, with in 7 days of dispatch, please contact your local sorting office. If we recieve any parcel back as 'Return to sender' you have two options. The first is to re pay the postage charge from your original purchase so that when we recieve the items back they can be dispatched out to you again. Or you can have a credit (for use on this website only) to the value of the goods returned (excluding postage).

What if my item does not arrive in this time ?

The above timescales are the average timescales that your item will take to arrive with you. If your item does not arrive with in this timescale please do not panic. After 7 days from dispatch we advise you to contact your local sorting office incase they have tried to deliver and not left a calling card for you. Royal Mail do get very busy and we advise that you do not contact us until 28 days after dispatch. If your item has a tracking number then this will be emailed to you in your dispatch notification so that you can track your item. If after 28 days your item has still not been recieved then please use our contact form to email us so that we can arrange a replacement for you. Subject to availability.

How much is delivery / shipping ?

All Delivery / Shipping charges include shipping and handling fees. These fees are all calculated with in our secure chekout.

What shipping methods are used ?

We use a variety of service provided by Royal Mail. For UK orders we tend to use 1st Class, Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail's Parcel Service. For orders outside of the UK we try and always use the Internationally Signed for Airmail Service however sometimes we may need to use their Surface Mail Service. If you require further information about shipping methods or you would like special delivery options i.e. Special Delivery, then please use our Contact Form.

Do you have a retail outlet ?

At this time we are an internet only business so we do not have a retail outlet, sorry.

What is the best way to contact us ?

By far the best way to contact us is by email. 90% of emails are responded too with in 24hours. We do offer telephone support, however we have very limited 'out of office' times when this service is available. We can not accept any orders over the phone as all purchases must be made through our website.

Are all your items brand new ?

Yes all our items are brand new from suppliers and manufacturers unless otherwise stated.

Are you a reputable company ?

Yes we have been online for some time now and have a large customer base of both new and regular customers.

Are all your items in stock ?

Usually yes but sometimes our items sell out that fast we have a delay in updating our website. Don't worry though, if you purchase an item that is out of stock we will email you to inform you and with an expected date of when the item should be restocked (if we have one). You may be asked if you would like to choose an alternative from our website or an immediate refund given.

Can I collect my order for you to save on postage ?

As we are an internet only company we can not offer you this facility.

What is your return / exchange policy ?

The upmost accuracy is used when we add products to our website in both image and description so that no mistakes are made when ordering. With this in mind we do not offer refunds for purchases. Instead we will quite happily exchange any product which is returned to us in the identical condition in which it was dispatched to you. If this is due to our error then we will accept the item back without charging a restocking fee, we will reimburse you for the return postage and dispatch your new item. If however this is not due to our error then you will be liable for postage to return the unwanted item for exchange and for the new item to be sent to you. Please refer to your original invoice for our postage fees. Please use our contact form if you require any assistance with this.

Is it safe to make a purchase from this website ?

Our checkout is secured using Paypal by using state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

How can I view the details of my order / print my invoice ?

You can view details of your order by logging in to your Paypal account where they have the facility to print out your invoice / reciept.

Why have you automatically added me to your mailing list ?

We have done this to keep you up to date with our latest offers. You are looking at recieving approximatly 12 emails a year from us. If you do not want any further mailings from us the please use our contact form and state unsubscribe.

How confidential are my details with you / 3rd parties ?

Your details are 100% confidential. We are the only company who see your details as they are not shared with any 3rd parties.
